I can't begin to describe my love of Chic... best wishes to Nile and every other past and current member of the Chic family. I obviously wasn't born early enough to have experienced Chic in their heyday, but who knows, I might yet get to see them live, one of these days.

This site is excellent. I've been a huge CHIC fan for nearly 30 years. One of the highlights of my life was meeting nile rodgers in ghent in 2005. He gave me a big hug and I can still feel it.

My very first record store purchase was Dance! It was to be played at my 9 year old birthday party on December 29 shortly after it hit the scene. We played it NON-STOP until it finally got scratched during the musical chairs! I remember like it was yesterday!

I love Chic and the spirit is so awesome how it lives through so many musical greats in this day and time!

The Chic sound have influenced me since i was four years old, when my much older siblings used to make Disco Parties(the real thing, lights/sound system and all) back in 1979/80 in Puerto Rico. the influence of your music will be eternal. RIP Tony/bernard...i love you guys, forever
