Birchenwood & Kidsgrove Check Hoard Types

How many different check varieties are contained in the recent large hoard of Birchenwood and Kidsgrove checks that have come onto the market? I have seen the following to date but have been told there may be a couple more still;

1) BIRCHENWOOD COLLIERY Co. LIMITED SURFACE No. – Raised edge & beaded border, Uniface, Brass embossed, Octagonal. 38 mm
2) BIRCHENWOOD COAL & COKE Co. LTD. No. – Raised edge & beaded border, Uniface, Brass embossed, Octagonal. 38 mm
3) BIRCHENWOOD GAS & COKE Co. LTD. No. – Raised edge & beaded border, Uniface, Brass embossed, Octagonal. 38 mm
4) KIDSGROVE COLLIERIES LIMITED SURFACE No. – Raised edge & beaded border, Uniface, Brass embossed, Octagonal. 38 mm

Plus the following for the company’s coal gasification, coke making and coke by-products plant (trading under the Birchenwood Gas & Coke Company Limited).

5) B.G. & C.C. LTD. – Raised edge & beaded border, Uniface, Brass embossed, Circular. 38.5 mm
6) B.G. & C.C. LTD. – Uniface, Brass incised die stamped, Circular. 39 mm

Its sounds like these have come out of a massive hoard. One collector I recently spoke to reports seeing a literal steel bucket full of them on a stall at a steam traction engine rally in Cumbria.

Regards

Mark
