is it true that the cd containing all the deleted scenes 5 hours long is coming out the 14th? and where do we order it

I purchased the DVD, and there are no deleted scenes. The first disc contains the movie and the making of 3. The DVD movie version is so much better then watching it on TV, and the making of 3 goes into more detail then just what ESPN showd. Also the 1st disc contains 3 nation, which I guess is other people talking about Dale Earnhardt. The second disc is all about Dale Earnhardt. Thats it for the set.
