Venting through flybridge?

I really would like to install a stove in the salon of our Gulfstar 48 motoryacht, but doing so presents a bit of a problem, as the salon is under the flybridge. Couple of questions - is there any technology that exists to vent the stove out of a horizontal surface, perhaps with some sort of a "soot shield" like a reflector on a wall-mount oil lamp? What is the maximum camber that could be accommodated, if for instance the vent stack were led through the brow forward of the fly bridge? Has anyone done any installations through a highly cambered surface (> 45 degrees)?

Thanks,
Rich
