Despite its fourth nomination to be included, Chic have once again not made it into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Today it was announced that they are out of the race :-(
Still in are RunDMC. OK, they are one of the most influential artists in rap, but no match to Chic, come on!!!

Maybe next year eh?

No surprise there.

When it comes to CHIC the voters doesn't seem to follow their own criteria for inclusion.

There is nothing between the influence of CHIC in funk pop rock rap and RunDMC.
Amazing decision, ridiculous decision.

If CHIC is another time nominated and finally comes into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, then if I was Nile Rodgers, I will refused to come in.
And more I will refuse to be nominated another time.
If CHIC comes in it will be an entry without honour not by the great door but by the room service door !

I think for me it's now the Rock n Roll Hall of SHAME...
