Your name sounds familiar as does the name Valerie Parsons and our dates coincide, so I guess we were in the same class (or contemporaries). I seem to recall girls called Valerie Lightfoot, Linda Munday, and Eileen Sturgess and an older girl with whom I went to piano lessons, Elaine Harrington. Incidentaly, I now live in Cornwall where there is a family called Mudd (formerly in a group called "The Mudlarks" - not related by chance?
