I was at Lady Bankes from Sept 62 - July 68. I was in Miss Taylors class (out in the huts) and then Miss Giles and Mr Hillary's Class. My brother James was brighter than me, he went onto St Nicks, I went to Manor and was the shy one in of the two of us. When our Mum died in 1970 we moved up North. I am still up North and Jim is in France. Thinking of paying a visit to my old haunts in December if I can remember the way. Does anyone know where Wendy Squires or Gill (sorry can't remember your surname went) or David Bird etc.
I would love to hear from anyone who remembers running over the air raid shelters or the music corner on the back corridor, also chairs on desk prior to prayers with Mr Hillary.
