We are eating healthy, lifting weight and trying to fit some sailing in our schedule!!
July has not been bad wind-wise -for July that is- and the Jacksonville thermal helped jump-start August nicely.

yeah man, the summers has been really long and not much wind but the winter will be great. good to hear that you are felling better

Thank you Alex. Yes we are all doing well here after quite a bit of a lull at the beginning of the year.
You need to move North a bit for summer! We get many planing days on 11.0 around here: it is not rare that August is better then January!
