Chrome Minature Protector Lamp

I have acquired what I believe to be a minature chrome plated,Protector Lamp, with Protector Lamp made in England, on the base, and FOR LONG SERVICE BRITISH COAL MINE RESCUE SERVICE, around the bottom of the lamp body.
Was wondering whether this might be a salesmans sample or a lamp awarded to someone,(although there is no name on it). Wondered if it may be collectable, and if so how I might go about finding a buyer.
It is quite heavy, and is approximately 4" high,in mint condition.
