I am assuming that you are not a physician, but in any case, you or anyone viewing this can go to www.missingmoney.com to see if you have any funds due you. It is a free service and I have personally found several thousands of dollars for my physician clients.

I have just been notified by one of your colleagues that actually found some missing money by visiting this site. At some point in the process, however, they were asked to submit a social security number into a state sponsored website. Just remember to be extremely careful before putting your social security number into any website.
