My understanding is that the benefit of incorporating in Nevada is that they have very corporate-friendly laws, and provide more privacy for the owners of corporations than most other states.

Even if you incorporate in Nevada, however, you'll most likely still need to pay taxes in NM if that is where you live and/or where you work.
