Hi Lisa. Based on that income level either of you would probably benefit from the dependent exemptions. There is really no way to tell if you owe, or are getting money back until you have your return prepared. However, at your income level, there is a good chance that you would qualify for additional money back from IRS with the Earned Income Credit.
