I've heard that some of the hospitals in Boston are still working on getting the FICA taxes refunded for their residents. Is anybody aware of any other hospitals or programs trying to get back the FICA taxes for medical residents?

Just FYI, but I received a letter from the IRS stating, "This issue still has not been resolved...." Maybe a continued little flicker of hope?
