More FICA questions

Does the FICA deduction that everyone is trying to get only apply to resident income earned before FY2000? It seems the new classification by the IRS now makes us all "employees" and ineligible. Should I file for a refund on taxes for FY 2000, 2001, and 2002?



BTW, I did send in all the info for FY2000, and got the standard "we are reviewing it" letter. No $$ yet. Has anyone gotten $$?
