Can you please tell me if I can roll a SIMPLE IRA into a new solo 401k after the 2 year period from its inception ?

YES. SIMPLE IRA OWNERS WHO HAVE NOT FUNDED THE SIMPLE FOR THE CURRENT YEAR MAY ROLL THE SIMPLE TO A NEW SOLO 401K. YOU MUST WAIT 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE YOU FIRST OPENED THE ACCOUNT
