Thanks for your criticism.

What you would consider "on'time" for this free service? Please take a look below, and you'll see that every single question has been answered within a week or ten days.

Are there other sites where you get instant answers to your tax questions - at no fee to you? If so, please feel free to visit those message boards instead.

You've already posted some pretty nasty messages on this Message Board on and around April 15th. I've deleted at least 6 other messages that you posted. We aim to please, but obviously, we've fallen short in your case.
