Contact the IRS at 800-829-1040. They should be able to help you out.

If the IRS sent you an amount different then you reported on your tax return, they generally send you a notice explaining the difference.

You might also give your tax preparer a call if you used one. Now that April 15th has passed, your preparer should be willing to look into this for you.
