Looking for insight on the FASB IASB changes

What's the latest on this issue? Changing the accounting of "off balance sheet" leases will effect thousands of balance sheets across the US and possibly trigger thousands of defaults of allowable debt covenants.

I lend to hospitals across America and I'm interested in publishing an article for HFMA and ACHE on this topic.
