Hello - We'll be retiring in about a year and plan on moving to Florida. We're considering either a block home or a manufactured home.
Questions: How do the manufactured homes such as Palm Harbor, Jacobsen and Skyline hold up to hurricanes?
With this being our retirement we especially want to avoid making mistakes so I do want to say we're gay. Would that be a problem in that area?
We've lived in many places over the past 30 years, always in the suburbs, with no problem.

Any advice/info will be appreciated.
