They've done it again!
It is now six years since the original calendar of the ladies of (Yorkshire) Rylstone & District WI posing in the nude was published. It took the country by surprise and following the success of that calendar they posed for a second one. And now they are to appear in yet another calendar and, yes, again in the nude. Brave ladies! The original calendar was launched in memory of Angela Baker's husband John who died in 1998 of non- Hodgkins Lymphoma at the early age of 54. As with the previous calendars the proceeds of the sale will be for Leukaemia Research. Well over £1 million has been raised so far for this worthy charity. The new calendar is to be launched at a special event at the Home Show at the Excel Centre in London's Dockland on Thursday 20th April. We hope that it will be at least as successful as the previous calendars and raises even more money for the charity. |
