White Christmas 2004

We spent Christmas Day at my brother's in the hills above Luddendenfoot west of Halifax. We had snow showers all day and the hills were white and very beautiful. Between the snow showers were magnificent winter skies and in the evening the lines of street lights along the hills lit up the snowy scene. It was a most memorable Christmas Day and a white Christmas is a rare treat nowadays.
