Several people asked for the brand of marinade that I use, It is "Original ALLEGRO Marinade the flavorizer that tenerizes meast and vegetables Naturally" It is available at Central Market for $4.00 per bottle and at the commissary and Wal-Mart for $2.00 per bottle. I couldn't find any differences for the additional price. Actually being the cheap skate that I am I only bought the cheap version. I also use garlic powder and Fiesta Brisket and meat dry rub. |
