Daer Julia,
I am so sorry to hear of your girlfriend's diagnosis. Unfair is such an inadequate word to describe what is happening to you both. I will include you both in my daily meditations and send as much healing energy your way as I can.
It speaks volumes about your heart when you are able to speak so openly of your love for her in spite of all the fear you must be feeling right now. What counts now is not what is right or wrong or good or bad, but rather what is real. It sounds like you are discovering what is real for you and what matters most in your life.
Thank you for having the courage to share here. I am very touched by your honesty and your courage. We'll be here to listen and to help in any way we can. You have a beautiful heart, and somehow it will lead you through this.
You will remain in my thoughts and prayers.
