You can ask your customers to give you at least 24 to 48 hours advance notice. Most of the time they can do that. The next problem you will have to solve is when you post your available loads- carriers will call you. You will have to find a way to take the phone calls. You can leave a message your on recorder asking them to leave their name and phone number if they are calling about___ load and you will call them right back. Then maybe you can check your messages periodically and return the calls.
