This board is a tool for AmeriCorps and VISTA members in Washington State to use in finding roommates, housing, furniture, and other resources you need during your year of service. It can also be a great tool for building community--need a jogging partner? looking for an outdoor volunteering opportunity? Post it here to connect with other AmeriCorps and VISTA members. While AmeriCorps claims no responsibility for what is said on this forum, please keep it clean, legal, and positive. Message:		Hello! Thanks for using the WSC Housing Forum. Feel free to post on this site for any housing related needs including housing wanted/housing offered, looking for roommates, furniture, etc. The forum is also available to use as a community builder--announce events, look for volunteers, etc. When posting for housing, please post in the thread that is for your area (Spokane, Portland, etc.) or, if there is no thread, create a new one. Be as specific as possible about price and location and be sure to include some kind of contact information. If you see a housing option you are interested in, contact the poster directly--this service is merely a space to connect, and we do not endorse or promote any specific housing options. If you are interested in a housing option and would like other roommates to go in on it with you (maybe for a 5BR house) post a "roommates wanted" message beneath that ad and include your contact info. Putting together a group of roomies will enable you to find much cheaper housing. If you have any problems or suggestions regarding the bulletin board, please e-mail wsc@esd.wa.gov. Thank you!
