Attn S. FL windsurfers. The most fun you can have in July is to fly to Tortola and compete in the 2008 Highland Spring HIHO windsurfing event. Highland Spring HIHO is: 1. The best long-distance windsurfing event in the World; 2. Great fun for racers and non-racers (like your wife, family or girlfriend); and 3. well known for it's great parties. Race in the Techno 2 or Kona class and travel down with just your harness. Formula racers can easily ship their gear to us, and then we'll ship it back- we handle all hassles for one low fee.
