Goodbye Florida...Hello Cascais!!
Goodbye Florida...Hello Cascais!! Today marks my last day here in Florida as I prepare to fly tomorrow to Portugal. I have spent the last weeks tuning up my gear, hitting my cardio to my peak and packing ,packing ,packing. I will arrive in Cascais for the Worlds on Monday and I will be there until the 12Th of July and fly to Brazil for Pan American Games on the 15Th of July. I am very excited and a little nervous about making sure I have everything I need. Packing is not fun, more stressful than anything. But sooner than later I will be in beautiful Cascais. I hope to be in touch throughout the event as often as possible.Feel free to check out everything that's going on at the event at: http://www.cascaisworlds2007.com/ Racing for RSX starts on the 6Th. I am staying with Dominique in Cascais at a small bungalow close to the venue. I will also be marching in the opening ceremony for the US along with two other sailors,so I hope to get some nice shots Monday night. Wishing everyone windy and nice summer days. Nancy Rios |

Good luck and results I wish you, Nancy. My sister is competing in that event for GREECE,for sure she can give you infos for many qestions probably you have about easier travelling etc. Frey |
