Official Announcement Fundraiser
There will be a garage sale at the Banana River Resort! Masts, booms,sails, boards and accessories are for sale. You'll find household accessories used at the Resort also for sale. Beth & Greg Winkler have closed the Resort and want to donate the proceeds of the sale to Nancy Rios to use in her Olympic Campaign. Nancy is currently training and competing towards her goal of representing the US in the 2008 Olympic Games. This year Nancy is traveling to Portugal, Brazil, China, and California and needs financial support to pursue her goals. Proceeds will help fund training, living, and lodging expenses during Nancy's 60+ travel days this year. Nancy is the number-one ranked US woman for the second year in a row and is the top contender for representing the US in 08' Olympic Games. All the proceeds from the sale will go towards supporting her campaign. So please stop by and say hi, check out what's for sale and you might find something you like.
