Girlfriend wants to learn
Question is: Do I teach her, or do I send her to lessons down on Key Biscayne? It seems to make more sense to send her to the Key as I would need to rent her a board anyway. My little wave board or old Sputnik 280 aren't really up to the job!!!! She is certainly keen and would love to see other ladies windsurfing. We've even just got ourselves a new surf wagon so we can do more windsurfing (and cycling). Either way I hope we see you all down there, happy sailing. We'll be there today or tomorrow. |

Hey, Chris take her to sailboards miami on the causeway for a real lesson. She will have a good time and learn. Those guys have been around forever and got the lessons down pack. Either private or group. |

Take it from me, have her spend the first two hours at a respected school (aka, Sailboards Miami).....then you can help her along. There's nothing more enjoyable then watching "loved ones" attempt to teach one another! The student usually ends up taking a lesson anyways! |

She had lesson at Sailboard Miami and did really well. She has even been back for a second go and is loving it. She isn't enjoying the pains she feels the day after.
