Marshall then the Marshall line will go back to the 16 century. More research needs to be done. Please let me know what you find. Aaron's Parents (Colonel John Marshall and Eliza Ferrall) In a 1931 Daughters of American Revolution application, Col. John Marshall and Eliza Ferrall are claimed to be the parents of Aaron Marshall. Eula M. Pittinger, applicant and third Great Granddaughter of Aaron, stated in her application that her sources were: the Oliver S. Marshall family history (his daughter Virginia says no such history ever existed) and the notations in her Grandfather's Bible (Israel Harvey Cullen of Newell, West Virginia-who was a Great Grandson of Aaron Marshall). Can it be proven Is John Marshall the right John Marshall that married Eliza Ferrall? ----------------------------------------------------- This is a research page.
