Dear All
Just to echo what Fleet Feet are saying about the above series, successfully completed for another year. Our thanks (as individuals and as a club) are due to the organisers, Henry and team, the ATC who marshall many of the events, and local enthusiasts who help out too, including the pool staff at each venue.
I notice Fleet Feet are coming up to their AGM, and even in a club the size of FFT the annual request for new office bearers often falls on deaf ears. Three Peaks is only a small club in comparison, but as a committee member, I know we would appreciate help from a wider base of the membership. Even volunteering to do a small job would be appreciated. I thought maybe if I compile a list of the jobs to be done and posted it on the website, this might encourage more volunteers?
With volunteering in mind, don't forget Methlick Duathlon at the end of October. Even if you are taking part, perhaps you could do a job too?
