Alan in "The Museum of Curiosity"

Hi all,

(if this hasn't been posted yet somewhere...)

Alan's been on Bill Bailey's and John Lloyd's (remember QI :p) radio 4 prog "The Museum of Curiosity" yesterday. Listen again here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/comedy/museumofcuriosity.shtml

Re: Alan in "The Museum of Curiosity"

Thank you for this heads-up! It was a fascinating show, featuring three things I love: theoretical science, theology, and protecting wild places (Alan)!

I loved his contribution. And his words about getting away from cell phones and noise in general. We all get too much noise pollution, that's for sure.

Anyone hear how the film (Snogging) is going?

oh **** it it says 'Listen Again is no longer available' - was an interesting show though yeh? I think theology's fascinating (though I don't think that's what Alan was talking about) - I'm applying to study it at uni with Philosophy (which is even better). Love Bill Bailey as well incidentally **** it **** it i should check this forum more often so I don't miss things like this . Ah well, what was Alan talking about in the show?
xx.

Re: Alan in "The Museum of Curiosity"

Alan wanted to put a whole forest into the Museum. I forget which forest, but as he played in it as a child, probably in Essex somewhere? He talked about saving something that was pristine and....blessedly silent.
