Hotel Babylon
I'm a little confused as to which season Alan will appear in...is it season 2 or season 3? BBCAmerica is beginning to show season 2 and I cannot figure out whether they are showing concurrently or are a season behind. I only want to watch the eps he's in so I am not "up" on the show at all. Also, I heard word of a "blooper" QI show for series 5. Did it show? Thanks, s |

Hi Suzy, I do not know which episode number it will be as I too do not watch the programme although like you I will be watching the episodes Alan is in, at least. My radar is out for any news on it.  Regarding QI, I am not aware of a Bloopers programme on this, unless something is planned for Christmas. TBH having been to see two programmes recorded, I can't think of much Blooper stuff, but I think a best of so far would be a great programme don't you? Helen |

Hi all, there is, I'm ridiculously happy to inform, an ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT QI compilation show (i.e. episode 13), made up of all sorts of juicy stuff from the past 12 that didn't make the cut because of lenght or (more likely) continuity problems (they tend to drift off to tangents don't they ;-)). It's been aired on BBC4 last friday and thus can be found on youtube; for the second telly version you'll have to wait until "boxing day" (as I believe it's called): the 26th of december. The intro and outro is HILARIOUS and my ribs are still hurting from laughing at the bits in between. Best bit of television you'll see this year :D From the QI blog: "The 13th (compilation) show features all unbroadcast material taken from the other 12, but I don't think you could describe it as coming from the cutting-room floor because that implies that it's stuff that didn't make the cut, whereas the opposite is the case: we've loaded it up with some of the best material, especially the bits where Stephen loses control." So there :p Enjoy!!! |

Hi All, I have checked out Hotel Babylon on TV genius and the only thing coming up is the new series first episode next week on BBC HD, which is a subscription channel. Can anyone shed some like on when we can see Hotel Babylon on a non subscription channel? Ta Helen X |
