New series of QI
Hi All, Can anyone enlighten me. I must be losing my touch!!  I normally know everything that is happening in the world of Alan when it comes to TV but have I missed at least one episode of the brand new series of QI, the one that was recorded in May/June 07? I am getting worried I have missed the one I went to see live in London. Can anyone help?  thanksHelen |

NOOOOOOOO,helen, I don't believe you've been missing Q.I., Though I will admit have been so busy at work lately I've fallen asleep before the end of a couple, and they don't seem to be repeated on saturdays. the one's I have seen...in one they were dressed in safari suits, in one Alan displayed amazing knowledge about Mt everest,and the wonderful sean Locke(who I'm going to see in stafford in November...YAAAAYY) Was in another-don't suppose thats any help at all, is it??

Every ep shown this season can be found on youtube. They (QI, not youtube) have switched a number of them around, not shown them in order of filming. Consequently, there's no continuity in Alan's hair. If you missed the one with Johnny (?) Vegas, don't weep too much. I sincerely hope he doesn't come on again. Stephen couldn't stand him, I think, and he drove me up the wall. s |

Hi Helen, The one we went to see was on last friday 12th October. E for Exploration. I was a bit confused though, I also saw the recording of the one with Johnny Vegas, which was shown the week before and I am sure I went to see it being filmed after the one we saw. Anyway, the programme is still fantastic whichever episode they show. Alan and Stephen are both on great form and Alan still looks delicious!!!  How are things with you Helen??? Alison |

Thanks everyone and Hi Alison, Well I've just calmed down after jumping up and down and getting cross with myself for missing twice!!! the one I went to see live. Not only did I miss it on BBC2, I went and missed the repeat on BBC4 a week before.  What's ups with me, I can't believe I did that!! I loved the 'Exploration' episode I went to see and I wanted to see how they showed the silly dancing bird bit. Alan, I wanted to ask you why you didn't brave the shorts with everyone else?? Ah Well. I will see this Friday's then I am off to France for a family holiday for the week so will miss the next one. So I reckon it's a double on Friday to make sure I don't miss any more. Doh!!! I am ok Alison, thank you for asking. We are all here and going on a lovely family holiday on Sunday. Take Care Helen |

Alan in shorts? Or not? I remember on some show he was on the host mentioned something about his good legs...and on various Creek shots that is apparent. Or so to me. Pity the no shorts, then. Was Stephen wearing the shorts? s |
