DIUK 09 Training Blog
Here I am again. Entering the 'double' Did it in 2008 and got round in one piece. Training since DIUK08. 1 * 20 mile bike. 1 * 3 mile run. I was planning on taking a month off anyhow to let the body fully recover. Now finiding it hard to get motivated to get out there and do anything. Still feeling pretty washed out to be honest. Still. Prospect of Leicester Mara (Oct) and Luton Mara to look forward to. Will pick the swim/bike bits up after Leicester. |

Well packed the run kit today. Same as I did yesterday. Not got the mojo to get out there and do anything. Last nights swim was canned as my parents popped round for a chat! |

Still no training. Work is really busy. As is the travel to/from Wales to see the kids. Must do better. 1/10 |

No excuses now. Weather is great, finishing work earlier tonight. So its off home and out on a run.
