Message:   Scott, If you sent an email and I received it, you will always receive a prompt reply, even when I am on the road working rallies. If you don't receive a reply you can pretty well assume that the email did not make the trip, at which point you might wish to pick up the telephone and make a call. My staff at the factory is better equipped to provide production and delivery information since I am not at the factory all the time. Please call the factory at 423-562-9900.
