Message:   Mike, If I receive an email, a reply is made. On occassion, I will refer an email to one of my staff. My staff is very aware of my attitude regarding communication and customer service and a reply is generally completed the same day. Please direct all email to my bushtec@aol.com address.

Service related issues are best handled by direct communication as I do not routinely visit the "Forum".
